In ancient warrior cultures, true power began long before the first strike, in the quiet places where fuel and nutrition was grown, nurtured and understood. They knew that discipline didn't stop at the body. It lived in the soil, in the seeds and in the patience required to grow what would later fuel their clarity, resilience and endurance.
Modern athletes now understand the most overlooked part of performance: the source of their energy. Training the mind, the breath and the body to truly understand what fuels our performance on court.
These grounded, hands on sessions will take us through the seasons as we appreciate what fueled the warriors of the past and how we can nourish and get the best out of our performance in todays environement.
This is training at it's most primal - slow, powerful and a connection to our own ancestors simple way of life. Away from screens, connected with the Earth and the roots of the past to build our foundations for the future.
